Valentini Riserva Arminio

Trento DOC

DATA SHEET (Download)

The Arminio Reserve is our homage to Arminio Valentini, who was the first producer of the champagne (classic) method in Trentino in 1899. This Trentodoc balances the elegant and artful structure of Chardonnay perfectly with the boldness of Pinot Noir during a maturation period of more than 60 month. At the dégorgement a small quantity liqueur d’expédition is added.

VINEYARDS: selected vineyards with small harvest, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from both sides of Vallagarina valley, altitude between 450 m and 650 m, with south/west and south/east exposure.
